Victor has been studying full-time for a PhD since 2004 on the quantitative evaluation of surveillance networks. He works full-time in the Centre for Epidemiology and Risk Analysis (CERA) of the Veterinary Laboratories Agency (VLA) as veterinary epidemiologist since August 2002. He is mainly involved in the surveillance of scrapie in the UK. His main interests are the analysis of surveillance data and the synthesis of evidence from diverse surveillance sources.
