I joined the Royal Veterinary College in March 2005 to work on a research project on African swine fever funded by the Wellcome Trust. I am undertaking a PhD in applying integrative approaches - such as modelling, risk analysis and risk mapping - to develop control measures for African swine fever. I work on production animals as well as the interaction between livestock and wildlife. I delivered a training program in basic epidemiology for partners of the research project on African swine fever, and also provide some input in teaching components of the Population Medicine Group (herd health rotations). I am particularly interested in the epidemiology of infectious diseases with applications to development programs. EducationMSc in Veterinary Epidemiology, Royal Veterinary College, London, UK, 2004. Doctorate in Veterinary Medicine, National Veterinary School of Toulouse, France, April 2004. Postgraduate Certificate in Tropical Veterinary Medicine, National Veterinary School of Toulouse, France, 2003. Degree in Veterinary Medicine, National Veterinary School of Nantes, France, 2002.
